Libera Nha Trang is planned on a total area of 43.81 hectares (building density of 23.7%), stretching nearly 2km along the coastal road of Nha Trang Bay.

Phase 1 of the beachfront development comprises four types of properties:

  2. Melia: These are tourist apartments with rental management (operated by Melia Hotel & Resort), totaling 359 units scheduled for handover in Q1/2025. 

  3. Shophouse and amenities area: This section includes 168 shophouse units that have been delivered to customers (only 2-3 positions still available for sale). Each unit is constructed with 1 ground floor, 2 upper floors, and 1 attic, ranging in size from 50-55m2, ideal for business activities.

  4. Flex home area (AKA: SANHÔME & PARAMOUNT ) Comprising 2,376 tourist apartments and second homes, these units can be used freely or managed by third-party operators without restrictions. This type of property is handed over fully furnished with high-quality interiors, priced from 1.88 billion VND (76,000$). Reservations are currently being accepted at 20 million VND per booking slot, with sales expected to commence in May 2024.
